Personality: Okay, so Lyrica kind of has a split-personality thing going on. Normally, she is quite shy to the point of running away if someone comes upon her when she's alone. Or diving under the bed if someone knocks at her door. She's constantly worrying about something, whether it be writing new songs, the black market compromising her career, or whether or not it would be wise to eat Neptune's expired pudding cups. Whenever she's feeling down or is stressed, she'll talk to her guitar, as if expecting it to help her out. Unfortunately, it doesn't speak back to her. Luckily, since meeting IF, Lyrica isn't quite as shy anymore, and has become quite fond of the girl. She gets along fairly well with most of the party as well, especially the goddesses, whom she adores, especially Vert and Noire. She's also shown to be quite selfless. For a short period of time, she gave up writing new songs and performing live in order to help others and save the world. She just likes helping people in general, whether it be through her music, or helping them find lost items, that kind of stuff. She likes seeing other people happy.

When she's performing live or hosting her radio show as 5pb., her personality undergoes a huge change. Rather than the timid, worrisome girl she usually is, she becomes cheerful, confident, and appears outgoing. Her explanation for this is that when she performs and becomes focused on the music, she forgets about everything else. IF says that its almost like there's an on/off switch in her mind that switches her personality. Although, immediately after she's finished, she quickly reverts back to normal. There's an exception to this though. She won't stand by and let injustice come to music, such as with the black market incident, and will stand up against it.

Also, you know those shoulder angel/devils that always tell you what to do or what not to do? She has those in her mind, and they even look just like her...well, except that they have wings. They seem to pop up when she's trying to make a tough decision, like the incident with Neptune's pudding cup. They even have their own text brackets! But no one else can hear them. So it sounds like she's talking to herself. Poor thing.

Since the beginning of Hyperdimension Neptunia, 5pb has grown stronger and more confident than she had been thanks to her friends, even if they all did continue on with their own lives in the end. Even so, she's very grateful that she got to share an adventure with them.

In this case, 5pb. joins the party during the events of Lastation.

As the group treks across the four landmasses of Gamindustri in search of the Key Fragments, they find themselves embroiled in the various problems on each. Their exploits in Lastation have them aiding small business owner Chian and her struggles against the mega-corp Avenir. On Lowee, their main problem is none other than White Heart herself as she attempts to finish off Neptune and the uprisings of the Extremists. On Leanbox, the archbishop Yvoire attempts to eliminate Neptune, having learned of her goddess side, and deal with the Aristocrat's conflict with the Basilicom. As they progress, they find themselves gaining allies in the form of travelling merchant Gust, justice heroine Nisa, and wife-seeker RED.

Eventually, the group discovers the root of all their troubles is the troublemaker Arfoire, who had been aiding extremists and guild members with monster-summoning discs to cause chaos among the people and spreading false rumors of an Overlord Momus in order to harness their fear for power. Fortunately, they manage to recover the four Key Fragments and rescue Histoire, who explains they must go to Celestia in order to defeat Arfoire for good, which requires the four legendary weapons of the heroes who previously had to defeat a goddess to open the way. Eventually, they reassemble the weapons and make their way for a final fight with Arfoire.

If Neptune recovered her memory and recruited all the goddesses, the group visits Planeptune's Basilicom and the goddesses agree to use Histoire's power to eliminate all the monsters in the world, as well as give up their power and create a new goddess to rule to prevent a repeat of the Console Wars. The four goddesses are turned into humans and set out to create new lives for themselves. After all is said and done, 5pb returns to writing new songs and hosting her radio show.

Abilities/Additional Notes:
Lyrica is skilled with her guitar. Not only in making music, but for attacking and using magic, too! The guitar must be indestructible or something because no matter how many times she clobbers monsters with it, it never breaks. Also, she is capable of switching the element of her ranged lightning attacks to fire, wind, water, or earth.

-Infernal Blow: A lot like Dimension Breaker, minus one or two guitar swings.

-Powered Smash: One big kick and swing upward.

-Low Kick: 5pb. launches a low kick at her opponent.

-V-000/BL:Running up to the target 5pb. shoots energy from her guitar.

-Dimension Breaker: Runs up to the target and swings around, hitting them with her guitar twice, then kicks them with an electrified charge and finishes with two more smacks of her guitar.

-Powered Hit: Swings around to hit target with her guitar.

-Musical: Shoots mini-multiple lightning balls at a single target

-Brave Sound: Shoots many lightning balls at a group of enemies.

-Requiem Fortissimo: Playing her guitar, lightning is summoned dancing around her before a ball of it shoots at the target.

-Sound of Philargia: An all enemy attack where 5pb plays her guitar to summon multiple balls of lightning to attack. (Stronger than Brave Sound)

-Heavenly Sound: Similar to Brave Sound and Sound of Philargia, but much stronger.

-Musical Sorfzando: Releases one giant lightning ball on the target. (Stronger than Requiem Fortissimo)

-Rampage Rinforzando: Similar to Requiem Fortissimo and Musical Sorfzando, but much stronger.

5pb. On Stage: Starts as 5pb. pulls off her heart choker piece and uses it as a guitar pick, then a stage appears. After she winks she begins to play her guitar and hops into the air while using her hand to form a symbol. As she lands she turns her back to the camera before winking as heart like rays shoot out, healing the entire party.

Judging by her clothing, the headphones, and the guitar slung over her shoulder, she looks like some sort of pop idol. Spoiler: she is. She appears to be in one of Paradise's parks...in the middle of the night. Yes, she's been pulled into some strange new world, but she still manages to find comfort in one thing.

Music. When she's singing, whether it be to herself or to a crowd, she can forget everything else around her, losing herself in the music. Like her own portable sanctuary.

Yes. She's standing out in one of the parks in the middle of the night singing. Not very loudly, so as not to disturb anyone who might be sleeping nearby, not that any houses are in her immediate vicinity, but she's considerate. She continues on for a few moments, singing and humming to herself before she finally decides to take a break for a drink of water. She turns around to grab her bottle and start drinking when she notices the blinking light on her 3STP and freezes mid-sip, dropping her bottle and letting out a gasp.]

[She scrambles for the device in an attempt to stop it from recording her, but only half succeeds. The feed times out before she can get to it.]

Lyrica sat quietly on the dorm bed that now apparently belonged to her. She still didn't quite understand how she ended up here. Was she kidnapped? They mentioned some kind of contract too. She didn't remember signing any contract for an academy. Maybe someone slipped it in that stack of papers she had to sign the other day! She frowned, looking at her trusty guitar, propped up against the foot of the bed.

"What do you think, Mr. Guitar?"

Silence. Not that it would answer her anyways. Although, there was the time that IF made it sound like it was talking. After a moment, she hoisted it up and strummed a few chords. Well, the fact that she could still make music was a bit of a relief. If her guitar hadn't made it, she wouldn't know what to do. Although there was still the matter of going to class...and her train of thought was intruded upon by none other than her very own shoulder devil and angel.]
